Chapter 4: Q&A

This may look incomplete right now, but that is because you haven't asked any questions!

Leave a comment with your name and questions, and I will do my very best to answer here on this page so everyone else can see the answer as well!

Until then, I will put up some basic Q&A very soon just to fill in the blank space and answer some FAQs.

Q: Are there more AM companies than what you listed?
A: Of course! There are many more, and they are probably awesome. I just don't have any experience with them.

Q: I got denied on one of my application to an AM network. What should I do?
A: Contact me on AIM. My screen name is: UniversityMisc . I will see what I can do to get you in. Also, if you are a Miscer, shoot me a PM on the Misc forums (universitymisc) and I will try and hook you up.

Chapter 3: How to Promote Offers

So now we're getting into the good stuff. You are pending or have been accepted into a couple of AM companies, but now you're wondering how to make money off of all of the offers you see. This is the part where things get a little cloudy, because nobody is going to just give away their secret methods because that is how they make their money. Just like if you come up with some new method, you probably shouldn't give it away.

Chapter 2: Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing is where the money is at. Anyone making substantial money online is probably making it using the techniques we are going to go over in this chapter and the following chapters.

Coming up with a definition for Affiliate Marketing isn't the easiest thing to do, but this is what it pretty much is: Companies want to promote their products online. So they pay people commission each time they generate a sale or lead on their product. Sounds simple enough, right? Well, most companies don't want to deal with tens of thousands of people trying to promote their products. That is where Affiliate Marketing companies come in. They deal directly with the companies and you, acting as a middle man. Yes, they do take a cut every time you earn money, but you are greatly benefiting from their existence. When you join one, you are giving hundreds upon hundreds of different campaigns you can market and promote, which is a lot better than having to contact each company directly and figure out if they have anything to offer. Also, all of your pay is handled through them instead of tons of individual companies, so this makes it easier on you in the long run too.

Chapter 1: How do I make Money Online?

The age old question. As soon as the internet came around, the first thing people wondered is how they could profit off of it. Decades later, the same question still remains. The problem now days is that there are so many "get rich quick" schemes online, that people have it burned into their head that making money online requires no effort, no work, and no time.

Let me tell you something now. You will probably fail. You are probably too lazy and too unmotivated to actually get some work done and make yourself some money online. You might get started, but more than likely you will end up back on Facebook mindlessly staring at your updates, wasting time you could be earning yourself some disposable income. If you're okay with that, then great, enjoy your boring 9-5 dead end mindless job. If you're not okay with that, then keep reading and do something about it. If you can't succeed after reading this guide, than you don't deserve to even own a computer. (but just in case, don't quit your day job just yet)

All Noob Guides are not the same

I'm sure you've been to some pretty popular websites and read their "noob" and "beginner" guides. I was there once, and I know that after reading them, I didn't know what in the hell was going on. They were talking about tracking, and SEO, and using terms I had never heard of. By the time I finished reading, I was more confused than when I started.

The problem is, they don't know how to relate to someone who is just starting out in this fast moving industry. And in reality, they don't even care if you succeed. They just want you coming to their website so you'll browse around and hopefully stumble on their eBook where they guarantee you thousands of dollars and hope you get suckered into buying it. Let me tell you something: There is nothing special or magical in those eBooks. They are just another method the people are using to make more money online.

So get ready for my completely noobtastic guide to making money online. Completely free, easy to follow, and I will dumb it down enough so you will easily be able to follow along and understand. Sound good? Then get started on Chapter 1: How do I make Money Online?
